At 1:12 P.M., Moderator Lynda Smith opened the 2002-03 Board retreat by convening a brief meeting in order to approve the minutes from the July and September board meetings.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Upon review, it was MOVED to approve the July 8, 2002 minutes.  The September 16, 2002 minutes were discussed, amended, and approved.  [A.Acker/J.Thompson]; CARRIED.
